We were in the studio at around 3am on a Sunday with no agenda, talking music, watching videos etc. Delilah started singing Chaka Khan’s “Aint Nobody”, we started building the beat around it…15 minutes later we recorded the demo with no mic straight into the laptop. When people started hearing it in the days after, it was clear that we had to get in and make it a record!
Working with Delilah is fun and interesting, we have a great vibe together. Delilah is a genius in the booth and what we do on the other side of the glass seems to work out really well every time. Her album is crazy.
